Features

Specifications

The subsea lever hoist designed for demanding industrial, outdoor, topside and subsea marine environments.
It is suitable for vertical lifting, angled or horizontal pulling, inverted operation, and static subsea rigging applications.
It features a four-pawl mechanism for finer adjustment, better tensioning and higher failure resilience.

• Quad Pawl (QP) mechanism as standard, offering enhanced failure resilience, finer tolerance adjustment and endurance tested to twice the industry norm.
• Dual Anti-Lock Brake System (DABS) to prevent accidental freewheel engagement.
• Travelling end stop as standard to mitigate single point failure risks in subsea static rigging.
• Hooks fitted with heavy-duty cast steel latches with integrated closure design.
• Hook overload and traceability marks on top and bottom hooks for full compliance.
• All fixings and fasteners use stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials.
• Approved for saltwater subsea immersion: single immersion up to 90 consecutive days, multi-immersion up to 60 consecutive days.

Warning:
• This hoist is intended as a lifting appliance, NOT FOR LIFTING PERSONNEL.
• Do not lift loads below 10% of the rated working load limit.
• Do not use under acidic, alkaline or corrosive conditions without approval.
• Clean, inspect and service the hoist after every subsea immersion.
• Damaged units must be quarantined and not used.
