ROV Chain Hoist (Hydraulic Interface)

The ROV Chain Hoist ( Hydraulic Interface ) features a bigger framework to house the hydraulic elements, this version has a quick disconnect coupling and is typically used with a hot stab tool. With quick and compact hydraulic connections thischain block set up can be efficiently controlled with a ROV vehicle, deck HPU or subsea manifold.

• Corrosion protection: Finished with specialist AkzoNobel Interpon Redox triple-layer marine-grade paint, meeting ISO 12944 C5 for superior offshore corrosion resistance.
• ISO 9227 salt spray test: Passes1,500 hours of corrosion, blistering and adhesion testing, with maximum 1.6mm corrosion creep from scribe marks.
• Fixings and fasteners: all made from stainless steel.
• Standard ROV hydraulic interface (hot stab quick disconnect coupling) .
• Quad pawl technology for optimum safety and precision control.
• Can be fitted with a hand wheel which facilitates manual adjustment to the load chain when topside.
• Hyperbaric tested at 3000 metre water depths.
